I had issues with my first car, although not the fault of the dealer. They helped me very easily change my car getting me a newer model for a lower price. I’m now very happy with my car and would never go anywhere else fantastic customer services, nothing was to much for them.

Gareth Harrison was brilliant to deal with while we were looking for a car for our son. He explained various options clearly and helped us find the right car. Communication was excellent, either by phone or email and throughout the process he kept us fully informed. The car was brought to Hartlepool from the Redcar branch. Gareth sent us a video of the exterior and interior , which was a great idea ! When we went to collect the car, Gareth explained all the controls and ensured we were happy. The car was immaculate, inside and out and looks great. It was a pleasure dealing with Drive Vauxhall Hartlepool and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The coffee’s great too !

Big Asda with great food.. fresh fruit and vegetable choice, lots of chilled food and ready meals. Tinned food, pet food, baby food... Just a great choice of food! Great clothing department too, with plenty of bargains to be had. With sizes from XS to XXL. There's also a decent cafe to refuel, with clean public restrooms. They also have a key an options, and a small pharmacy (with a very knowledgeable pharmacist) a tobacco and lottery counter where you can also get mobile phone vouchers, PP top up and various other related bits and pieces. ALL of the staff I encountered were really helpful and pleasant and polite.

Long drive from Hull. Lovely lad serving us. We got 3 breakfasts, all the trimmings. Short staffed is an understatement. Poor buggar was run ragged. Asked us if everything was ok. His side kick had pre menoupausal symptoms. 😚

I fully recommend Paul for your bikes MoT and paint work, custom or standard. Just had my bike MoT'd and couldn't be happier with the service. My friend had paint work done by Paul and it's to the highest quality. Top bloke and someone I will use for as long as I ride motorcycles.

Great store for womens, mens and childrens clothing and shoes.. including nightwear and underwear. Also stocks some soft home furnishings.. bedding, curtains etc and other household items like cutlery, tableware etc. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

They don't cater very much for people my size under 5' 2" so don't tend to be able to purchase often

Love how cheap things are (just not sure about the circumstances behind how they're available to us for such prices!), and liked it a lot better before they swapped women's & men's clothes to opposite sides. I fail to see any point really, plus there's quite a lot of people who get put off shopping in places because of the store layout being changed, so it's more than likely detrimental to their sales and custom, not building it up.......change it back please, Primark, come on!! 😉

Its ok but dont expect many clothes size 16 or over for women it seems as though you have to be either very slim or in your teens for any decent clothing even the basics Some nice accessories and homeware

Took the phone in, and upon inspection it just required cleaning. Completely open and honest, cleaned it for me and proved it working. Wouid not take any payment. Really great honest and genuine service that isn't common everywhere now. HIGHLY recommended.

Wonderful store and such an awesome idea! Catcote Metro sells hand-crafted goods made by Catcote Academy students, craft goods from across the world and official Fairtrade products too! It's full of unusual and interesting items. Far too many to list.. Some really good ideas for gifts. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Students from the academy in Catcote Road are serving there, which gives them the chance to gain hands on work experience and also serves as a teaching and training base for older Catcote Futures students. Well worth a look inside.

What a service and what an introduction to my new bike. The owner Paul is not only knowledgeable but humble and in no way demeaning like some bike shops. Could have talked biking all day long. This little shop on a busy street in Hartlepool will one day be no doubt a bigger enterprise if all customers are treated like I was. After taking home had a few questions and all were answered by email within minutes. A nice touch was the follow up call to ensure I understood all the tech talk. Thanks again and good luck. Just wish this shop was closer to me as it's a bit far from Northumberland to go for some essential day to day spares.

Had a mouse problem, went to this store staff very helpful, directed me to some litte black traps and advised me to put some peanut butter on the traps 5 days later and 7 dead mice, job done no more vermin 👌

Big store with wheelchair access and really wide aisles. Brilliant ranges of goods... tinned, dried food including a good selection of biscuits! There's pet supplies, a massive range of toiletries. Some medicinal stuff (no pharmacy) DIY.. including tools, wallpaper, small shelves. The only complaint is I always spend too much as sometimes they have deals that can't be ignored! Happy shopping :)

Just had my Bosch built in microwave repaired by this company. I can’t thank them enough for their speedy and efficient service. The cost of this repair was really reasonable and only took two days. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommmed them for any repair.

Fast, friendly, efficient service. My laptop that was only several months old and developed a fault with the hard drive. I returned it to PC world who said that they could not repair and would need to send it back to Sony. This meant that my personal data would be lost I had no backed it up. I then took the laptop to Kingfisher who repaired the fault and saved my data in the same day. They also helped me remotely to set up some hardware the next day. I use this laptop for business so I am grateful for their prompt help. I highly recommend. x
