This is extraordinary. You can actually choose a route to avoid unnecessary hills. Excellent for the part-time cyclist!

What a service and what an introduction to my new bike. The owner Paul is not only knowledgeable but humble and in no way demeaning like some bike shops. Could have talked biking all day long. This little shop on a busy street in Hartlepool will one day be no doubt a bigger enterprise if all customers are treated like I was. After taking home had a few questions and all were answered by email within minutes. A nice touch was the follow up call to ensure I understood all the tech talk. Thanks again and good luck. Just wish this shop was closer to me as it's a bit far from Northumberland to go for some essential day to day spares.
