I went to the surgery to get the front gap closed on my teeth. Jon was extremely helpful he not only put me at ease when I got there answering any of my questions but the results are amazing ! I was only there for 2 hours having the procedure done. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner. I cannot thank Jon enough for helping me regain my confidence thank you

Being terrified of the dentist after a bad experience I eventually gave in after 3years and attended here. They were very understanding of my fear and put me at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. Everything that was done to me was explained as they did it and even reminded me to breathe. I can't say I'm still not anxious when attending but at least I now have a dentist who is understanding of my anxiety and shows some empathy for me. Highly recommend this dentist to all.

Had gallbladder removed.Staff was friendly and attentive through the entire procedure . They all did wonderful work making me feel calm and safe. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder . Hartlepool has been my hospital of choice for over 15 years and I wish they would reopen it for other services. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this hospital, staff is always friendly and caring, but also efficient in their tasks. If I could give 10 stars I would!
My son had an appointment that lasted 40 minutes, staff brilliant but the cost to park was £3.00. It's £3.00 to park from 30 minutes to 12 hours. The first 30 minutes are free. After waiting to be seen and then your appointment, how many get out within the 30 minutes. It cost more than most London hospitals for that amount of time. You should only have to pay for the time your parked. Diobolical!

Have yet to begin the experience of management and staff clean up operations with the companies that are not in use for the future of the experience. This news and customer feedback back is connected to the physical hands on approach to the job in its raw materials and refined processing of waste goods and the product involved in the clean up operations. Visited it first time few weeks ago and ordered some chief's special - got delicious meal, very well prepared. Wife chose diet option ;) It was so good we decided to do special party for our daughter there. Our guests were very happy for the place, food and whole service. Recommended for everyone !
We got the lunchtime special of 3 courses for £4.95. I couldn't believe the price and assumed that would reflect portion size. It didn't. We all struggled to get through our main courses. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. This was our first visit but will definitely not be our last.
